Claim #SUB-2041

  • Documents collected from insured
  • Evidence check passed: 4 of 4
  • Reported to adverse carrier
  • Follow-up scheduled in 10 days

Subrogation can be an overcomplicated waste of time.

Stop cannibalizing your subro adjuster's week. Amy takes all three off the desk.

Time-waster #1

Chasing the insured and other parties for documents

Problem: The package arrives without proof of payment, a liability investigation or the other party's insurance details. Someone then spends a week of emails chasing them. Without them, you can't collect.

The Solution: Amy reads the file, emails the insureds, carriers, and third parties a list of exactly what's missing and keeps following up until it arrives. Each document is filed to the case as it comes in.

Time-waster #2

Guessing whether your evidence is enough

The Problem: Police reports state facts, not fault. A repair estimate isn't proof of payment. If you take a file to arbitration without a real liability investigation, 50/50 is the best you can hope for.

The Solution: You get a yes or a no, and an evidence breakdown. So your team stops working on files that can't be collected.

Amy checks every file against your checklist

  • Passed: Damage is documented and paid
  • Passed: Liability is established
  • Passed: There's an insured adverse party
  • Failed: There's something to collect
NOMissing: adverse carrier's policy limits

Time-waster #3

Hours on the phone reporting the claim

The Problem: Every carrier does intake differently. You could be spending hours talking to an AI chatbot over the phone, or bouncing between reps finding the correct department. Your team reads the same facts from the file to each one, then waits on hold for the next.

The Solution: Amy reports the claim to the adverse carrier using the facts already in your file. It then sends the demand and follows up every 10 days until the carrier replies. When it does, Amy pauses and hands the file back to your adjuster.

How it works

  1. Step 1

CC Amy on the claim email.

You don't need a new portal or a CRM.

  2. Step 2

    Amy builds the package.

It chases missing documents and gives you a go or no-go with the reason.

  3. Step 3

Amy reports, demands and follows up.

You're notified as soon as the other carrier replies.

Negotiation stays with your adjusters.

Amy handles the paperwork and the phone queues. Your adjusters handle the conversation that gets the check signed.

Find lost money

A $2,000 demand takes nearly as much work as a $100,000 one. With Amy doing the reporting and follow-ups, you can pursue the whole backlog, not only the large files.
