users coordinate real-world plans and communications. This page explains how SMS messaging works, how consent is
obtained, and how users can manage their preferences.
Who Sends Messages
Messages are sent by or on behalf of AmyConnects Inc. using our AI assistant, Amy, only in response to
user-initiated actions and with appropriate consent.
How You Opt In to SMS Messages
You may receive SMS messages from AmyConnects only if you explicitly opt in. Opt-in occurs when you:
- Provide your phone number through our website or application, and
- Affirmatively agree to receive SMS messages related to the Services
In some cases, a user ("Initiator") may request that Amy help coordinate with another person ("Receiver"). In
those cases:
- AmyConnects does not contact the Receiver directly without permission
- The Initiator is provided with a draft message they may choose to send themselves
- Amy communicates directly with the Receiver only after the Receiver affirmatively consents
What Types of Messages You May Receive
If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages including:
- Coordination messages you request
- Scheduling confirmations or updates
- Responses to messages you initiate
- Service-related notifications or reminders
AmyConnects does not send promotional or marketing messages without explicit consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with the Services.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages
- After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-opt in

- Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used only to provide the Services
